Craobh Naithi’s Wren Boys hope to carry on the noble tradition of bringing our music to entertain people on St Stephens’ Day.
They are hoping for better travelling conditions than last year when snow nearly caused the abandonment of the trip.
So they will be assembling at De La Salle Churchtown at 1pm on Monday 26th December.
The whole operation is under the command of Captain Mick Glynn ( 086 172 3274)
Face paint and costumes a must!

The Branch celebrates its 35th anniversary this year and to mark it Martin Gaffney of designworks was asked to design a special logo to be used during the year. Martin is a branch member and teacher and a very busy man these days — as well as his work for the branch locally he is involved with Comhaltas nationally as PRO for Fleadh Cheoil na Eireann 2011. A job he successfully accomplished for the Fleadh in Cavan last year.
